Effective 5 August 2026. These terms govern use of InterviewOS.
Service
InterviewOS provides resume tools, job matching, text interview practice, AI-generated feedback, company accounts, and subscription management. AI outputs are recommendations and may be incomplete or incorrect; users remain responsible for submitted content and decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content without permission, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, reverse engineer security controls, or use the service for unlawful discrimination. Hiring recommendations must not be the sole basis for employment decisions.
Accounts and billing
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms. Plan changes, scheduled cancellation, invoices, and current status are shown in Settings. Provider-verified events control paid access.
Company responsibilities
Company administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, candidate notices, lawful processing, retention choices, and human review of hiring decisions.
Availability and liability
The service may change during beta. We aim to protect data and availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period where permitted by law.
